Where to start a business plan
Before you start writing your plan you will need to collect information about your business type and what your customer potential is to find out if your business has the potential for success right from the start. This is called market research and it will take as long as you need to collect the right information, but as a minimum it will take a few solid days of reading statistics and searching the internet about your type of business.
To find answers you need to know the questions
After you have collected all the information and resources you could find about your business you will now draw up a list of questions that need to be answered so that you can work out your business viability. Some questions are the same for every business and are included below to get you started.
